Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter 300000 in the textbox next to this question. What is the Purchase 
Price or Property Value? and then submit this page.


Actual Results:  1. The page shows please wait while loading the window ..... 
box
2. If we hover the mouse over the "select" on the different rates returned in 
the tablular form the font becomes bigger.
3. Also most importantly it does not show the menu items which should appear on 
the right hand side of the tabular form.

Expected Results:  1. The page does not show please wait while loading the 
window ..... box after the page is fully loaded
2. If we hover the mouse over the "select" on the different rates returned in 
the tablular form the font do not become bigger.
3. Also most importantly it should show the menu items on the right hand side 
of the tabular form.

This bug makes this website unusable. This website behave correctly in 
Netscape 4.75
