Details
Currently the duplicate tag does not hide the comment, but I think it should. Example: Calixte’s comments in Bug 1517513, which I had to tag as obsolete.

There aren’t so many, I guess, but empty comments like Bug 179599 Comment 0 should also be hidden with the empty tag.

The first part of this can be fixed as admin parameters.
Second needs a search to find the empty comments.

I've made those tags collapse comments.
Tagging empty comments is a longer-term project, so not doing that as part of this ticket and resolving it.
