me too. This was the case in the beta version few days ago already but I was too lazy to open a bug.
When the firefox window is focused, the tabbar is blue. Only the currently active tab has the normal dark black/grey.
When the firefox window is NOT in focus, the complete tabbar is dark black/grey as it was in the FF 64.

hi, that's the new behaviour if you have set your accent colour to be used in the titlebar within your windows 10 appearance settings unfortunately.
