Details

Usually a click on the Intellipoint Mouse wheel should enter the 
autoscroll mode. A special cusrsor shape is being displayed and 
a position of the mouse relative to the cursor causes a scroll 
action in this direction. This does not work with Mozilla 1.0.

Furthermore, in some cases a click on the wheel causes a new 
window to be oppended. For example while viewing images on
www.pbase.com.
Wheel clicking is considered to be a 'middle-click.'  Dupe of Bug 30431
