I did a try run for my patches in bug 1517601 that removed the whitelisting for the websocket/ directory.
However, removing the white list seems to have uncovered an intermittent leak in a subdirectory, websockets/binary, which seems to leak about half of the time in ASan builds: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=7af2a1766876b9cf606cbb9b1784b775b42f5784

I haven't been able to reproduce this locally yet with a non-opt ASan build.
