Steps to reproduce:

  1. open about:config?filter=browser.tabs
  2. if warning page is displayed, click accept button

Actual Results:
No results

Expected Results:
Preferences containing "Browser.tabs" is displayed.

This is by design, look at resolved dependencies of bug 1493439.
