We are about to ship Firefox Lite to Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Vietnam so it'll be great to have the support articles localized:
Zh-TW (Traditional Chinese)
VI (Vietnamese)

Also please be noted that Lunar New Year is public holiday (Feb2 and Feb10) in Taiwan.
Adding Ruben (nukeador), who's managing our L10N community, to mobilize our contributors. Ruben, here are the articles for Firefox Lite: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/firefox-lite
Wesley, when is it shipping to Taiwan, Hong Kong and Vietnam?

Hello,
Having a date where we would like this to be localized would be great.
Also, from that list, are some articles more important than others? Which ones are P1?
Thanks!

We are targeting to launch (as open beta) on Feb15.
The SUMO articles are not hard blockers for BETA, so let's say Feb18 which is the target day for launch on production.

If I really have to pick the P1s, these will be:
- The root page (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/get-started-firefox-lite)
- Turbo mode (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/get-started-firefox-lite#w_browse-faster-with-turbo-mode)
- Screenshots (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/get-started-firefox-lite#w_capture-web-pages-with-screenshots)
- Learn more on 'send usage data' (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/send-usage-data-firefox-mobile-devices)

Hi Wesey,
I'll check with both communities but Feb 18th is just one week away, we are usually communicating localization needs to community with at least 2 weeks in advance, so note I can't ensure these articles are going to be ready for both locales by next week.
How important are P1s to be ready by next Monday? If they are a blocker for product we can have a conversation to engage an external vendor to cover this need if community can't handle it.
Cheers.

Won't be blockers :)

FYI.
The official launch date is shifted to Feb-25 to align comms plan.
How's the localization going?

Both localization teams have informed that they have started the work.
The main page is already ready for both locales and you can follow progress for the rest of top visited articles here:
https://support.mozilla.org/vi/localization/most-visited-translations?product=firefox-lite
https://support.mozilla.org/zh-tw/localization/most-visited-translations?product=firefox-lite
Cheers.

Quick update: In order to cover zh-TW we are going to run a pilot using machine translation to alleviate the volunteers workload so they just have to proofread instead of doing a full localization. I'll keep you posted.
