Steps to reproduce:
enable WR on latest nightly
open youtube.com
Actual results:
the suggested content, which appears as a scrollable horizontal box with movie images, ends up drawing over the scrollbar

My WIP from bug 1524261 seems to fix this as well, likely the same underlying issue.

I'm going to dupe this over to bug 1524261 since the fundamental structure of the page is the same (item with border-radius, inside a transform, inside an overflowing div).
