User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.67 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

I tried to pick an image (from library, images) for sending to an e-mail GMail on Thunderbird. But nothing occurs, no TB windows open, and the TB stop working (I close and it works but not with function "send to").

Actual results:

I did not at all. All my desktop works OK, and suddenlly since last week the function "send to" does not works anymore and immediatelly the Thunderbird crash (stop). I did not downloaded anything, I am too much careful.

Expected results:

I always used normally well "send to". I cannot imagine what has caused it.

Looks like you're using a 64bit version of TB. There the "Send to > Mail recipient" has always crashed, that one of the reasons 64bit isn't supported yet. The good news is that the issue was fixed. We'll ship the fix in TB 60.6. Until then, please used the 32bit version.
