Edit and Resend doesn't work on incomplete requests

In a project I'm on there's some xhr requests that takes quite a long time to complete. Sometimes for testing or experimentation with the API I want to edit and resend the request with some different parameters to see what I get back then.

But currently I cannot do this until the request has been completed. I can open up the Edit and Resend dialog while the request is still pending, but when I click on Send, nothing happens. When the request I'm editing completes, the Send button starts working again.

Expected behavior: The Send button should work regardless of the edited request status.

Thanks for the report. Agree, resending should be possible even if the request isn't finished yet.
