We should remove the following references from l10n.toml

# for Firefox 60 and older and cross-channel

    reference = "devtools/shim/locales/en-US/**"
    l10n = "{l}devtools/shim/**"

    reference = "browser/extensions/webcompat-reporter/locales/en-US/**"
    l10n = "{l}browser/extensions/webcompat-reporter/**"

We're tracking esr68 in x-channel. Until that's dropped for Fennec, we need to keep this in.
