Description

there should be a shortcut key the user can use to force/hide emphasis on
clickable objects.

When emphasis is forced:
- links should be turned blue (or the default link colour), underlined, and
gained proper contrast against the background (probably a translucent background
patch);
- ambiguious text style (i.e. underline, blue) should be suppressed
- link images should have a border around them;
- buttons should have appropriate colour contrast
- objects with onclick event handlers should be rendered as if they are links
(i.e. <td onclick>, for those MSIE-specific morons out there)

when emphasis is hidden:
- links should have the same style as the text (to facilitate reading)

a js-html based test example showing how masking links as text would work

this is also related to bug 152490: reading, navigating, and normal viewing
modes
