User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.12; rv:65.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/65.0
Steps to reproduce:
Visit http://circle.firchow.net/
Actual results:
The percentage circles are not displayed correctly in Firefox Developer Edition 66.0b4 (64-bit) OSX. Specifically, 25,33 & 50% all show as 0%, while 66, 75 & 100% all show as 50%. I realise this sounds like a CSS issue, not Firefox issue, but ...
They were displayed correctly in the last version of Firefox Developer Edition and are currently displayed correctly in Firefox 65.0 (64-bit) OSX, as well as Chrome and Safari. This leads me to believe that there is a bug in the 66.0b4 version CSS rendering.
Expected results:
The correct percentages should be displayed.

[Tracking Requested - why for this release]:
I can also reproduce the issue on Nightly67.0a1 Windows10 With/Without WebRender, but not on Firefox64.0.

Regressed by: Bug 1514384
Hopefully useful info - this seems to be related to the css clip property

Changing 66 to affected instead of fix optional.

The patch in bug 1524966 also fixes this. Thanks a lot for the report :)

This will be tracked in bug 1524966 but I'll keep an eye on this too until the fix lands and we can verify it.
