After further investigations and tests, I discovered that a "Search Privately" option is going to be added for every browser that can handle that action (e.g: Firefox Focus, even Opera can be used as an option).
Therefore, is this really a defect?
Until further changes I will mark this as INVALID.

I will reopen this issue and mark it as an enhancement, and here is my logic:
- even if the user has more than one private browser, the "Search privately" does not display which browser will open the link with;
- if the user has more than one private browser, after "Search privately" was tapped, a pop-up window should be displayed with the available private browsers, and the user could choose.
Thank you!

During triage, marking this as a P4 since it seems from the discussion we cannot do much about it because the number of browsers installed.
