Builds:

• Nightly 67.0a1 (2019-02-03);
• Beta 66.0b3;
• Release 65.0;

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch Fennec and go to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US.
2. Tap on the URL bar to select the link.
3. Long tap on the selected link and observe the triggered menu.

Expected result:
"Open" options are displayed for all the installed browsers.

Actual result:
"Open" options are missing.

Hi Ioana,
Unfortunately, I couldn`t find a regression range. Tested on Google Pixel (Android 9). It looks like it was reproducible since the implementation.
