RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 1524719

People

(Reporter: liam, Unassigned)

Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.11; rv:64.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/64.0

Steps to reproduce:

Visit the URL of an XML file which is served as application/atom+xml.

Actual results:

Firefox offers to download the file.

Expected results:

Firefox should display the XML tree or styled XML if a stylesheet is present like it does for application/xml. Anything that matches /^application/(.++)?xml$/ should be treated as XML.
