Steps to reproduce:

Make sure the menu bar is shown.
Change the language in Tools -> General.

Actual results:

Menu bar is not translated.
Also, drop-down menu in language showing the languages is also not translated.

Expected results:

Menu bar and language drop down menu should be translated.

I changed my language from French to English because I like it better that way. But then, the menus aren't translated. Additionally, for some reason, the menu dropdown is also not translated. See attached picture.

Side note: if you manually install the language pack from here, it will translate the rest of the UI to English when English is selected in the dropdown
