Steps to reproduce:
While using firefox I was force redirected to http://167.99.104.35/
Actual results:
Popup would not respond to any commands. Firefox would not close. Appears to loop indefinitely.
Expected results:
Firefox should have closed.

Thanks for this report, but this address isn't reachable for me (ie there's no web server running there, as far as I can see).
We'll need a testcase to be able to do anything here, so I'll mark this incomplete and we can reopen if/when more details become available.
