In devtools/docs/getting-started/build.md (this is how it looks like: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/devtools/docs/getting-started/build.md )

Instead of hg clone http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central

it should say hg clone https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central
