Brief Description of the request:

3rd party collaborations have become more appealing with the improvements in our experiment infra the past year. Right now, 3rd parties don't have a good understanding of what data we collect, in addition to what complies with/goes against our experimental data policies. Having a one-stop-shop for "Data Collaborations with Mozilla" will help both 3rd parties set expectations, as well as internal collaborators confidently communicate them.
