Details

We currently run the "mda" tests on the Pixel 2 opt and debug and the Android 4.3 ARM emulator, but not the Android x86 or x86_64 emulators.

If we enable the test for x86_64, we don't need to bother also enabling for x86.

WONTFIX because James says the media tests don't work well on emulators because of decoder and GPU issues.
