Extra dictionary not available in the context menu

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.14; rv:65.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/65.0
Steps to reproduce:
- Install another dictionary (in my example : English (US) Language Pack)
- Type some text in a text box
- Right click to check the spelling (by default my language is French so i want to switch to en-us)
Actual results:
4 (actual). the en-us is not in the list of languages available. I only see French.
Expected results:
4 (expected). en-us dictionary should be in the list of available dictionaries.
I event tried adding another dictionary and installed en-gb, but same result. Only one dictionary (french) in the list.
I want to spell check my english written text.

For spell checking, you need a dictionary. Language packs change the language of the user interface, when switched using an about:config preference. They have nothing to do with spell checking.

Maybe two separate pages (one for dictionaries and one for language packs) could prevent this mistake.

Feel free to file a new bug report on https://github.com/mozilla/addons/issues
The difference is clearly explained at the top of the language tools page, e.g.
« Si vous installez un module de type dictionnaire, une nouvelle langue sera disponible pour le correcteur orthographique qui se charge de vérifier l’orthographe lorsque vous écrivez dans Firefox.
Les paquetages linguistiques modifient la langue de l’interface du navigateur, ce qui inclut les options des menus ainsi que les paramètres. »
