When It's (pipelining) disabled - persist one more bug : &nbsp symbol shows 
(but it's incorrect)

WFM with trunk 2002080208 on win2k, pipelining enabled. (I see the &nbsp, but
that's a site issue - those entities should have a ; at the end)

reporter (DaLiV): can you reproduce this problem with a recent build of mozilla
(for example, 1.1beta) and pipelining? if so, please comment again with details.
