Steps to reproduce:
I was using "Filter Rules" to create a new rule.
Under "Perform these actions:", I was selecting "Move Message to" and then "Choose Folder...".
Actual results:
When I choosing a folder, I was unable to select any designated folder.
Expected results:
I should be able to select a folder to perform a new rule.

Do you see the same problem if you do Help | Restart with addons disabled ?
