Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch Firefox and go to about:preferences.
  2. Open a dropdown menu (e.g. Default font).
  3. Hover over a random entry (e.g. “Corbel” font).
  4. Press up/down arrow key (e.g. down arrow).

Expected result

  • The selection is moved one step lower (on the following position).

  • Checked the behaviour on other browsers - the hovered element has the same color as the selected element and the selection is moved gradually one position at a time.

I can confirm the issue is reproducible on Windows 10 x64 and Windows 7 x64 using 67.0a1 (2019-02-06).
