Once the addon is landed in the tree, we should land mochitests to test the doorhanger functionality.

I'm going to use this bug to land an initial basic mochitest for this feature. Once bug 1528978 is fixed (and it's a priority), the way warned hosts are tracked will change, which will mean a lot of refactoring in test code as well since they need to be cleared between tests.

So let's land a basic test in this bug for now, and land more comprehensive tests in bug 1528978 or even another separate bug.
