Details

Create two or more tabs, load a different site in each one. Switching between
tabs will not cause the window's title to update. The title bar will keep
displaying the title of the site that's being displayed in the last tab.

Still occurs in Chimera build 20020805 for empty tabs (if the user has disabled
home page loading for new tabs in the Navigation prefs).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have a page loaded in a tab. Such as this one.
2. Make a new blank tab. The title bar will display the previous tab's title.
3. Switch between tabs. Switching to the blank tab does not update the title bar.
