Steps to reproduce:

In Firefox 65 (Linux, x86_64),

Loading https://www.banken.gl/css/normalize.css completes as expected.

Loading https://www.banken.gl/Scripts/jquery-1.10.2.min.js never completes, even though the file is actually complete.

Actual results:

For some reason, certain resources never finishes loading

Expected results:

All resources should complete when all data has been received
