some browser-chrome tests fails when run on windows 1803

Details
we are in the process of upgrading our windows10 machines from v1703 to v1803. In doing this we are uncovering some failures.

browser_ext_windows.js
I assume there is one or two small fixes to make this work.

ok, I had accidentally turned off the mouse and screen resolution script causing this test to fail- re-enabling in bug 1527369
