Steps to reproduce:

Opened Firefox (latest updates, Windows 10 also latest updates). Went to Firefox Help to get community help for separate issue. Entered user name and password (which has been consistent for years). Would not accept any password. Asked for password rest. Entered email to receive reset 9 times over 3 days. Never received reset emails. Checked Spam but not there. Could not ask the community for help since I can't get into Community Support. Could find only one person who reported same issue who said the problem was solved but did not indicate how it was solved. Attempted to open a new support registration but can find no way to do that. Tried various other user names/passwords but nothing worked. BitWarden has my normal login information but it was rejected, also

Actual results:

Firefox refused my password and would not send the reset email. Tried 9 times to receive the rest email but none ever arrived in inbox. There are zero alternate methods to get help without a password to Community Support.

Expected results:

Email to reset password should have appeared in gmail's account inbox or spam so that I could reset the password so that I can access Community Support.
