Steps to reproduce:

I have opened Reddit using today's (2019-02-09) Nightly and scrolled down the website for a while.

Actual results:

I observed strange behaviour of some website elements: they started to tilt once I reached some step in scrolling and then stopped as I went further. Everything is visible in the attached screen capture.

Expected results:

I expected the website not to move in that way.

Hi,

I wasn't able to reproduce this issue on Ubuntu 16.04 using Firefox 65 or Firefox Nightly 67.0a1

Please test if the issue occurs in safe mode (without add-ons) here is a link that can help you with that:

Actually the bug occurred under Windows 10. Because of some other problem with the interface I had to reinstall Nightly and the error could not be spotted afterwards.
