User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0

Steps to reproduce:

Double-click to create a new event
Click on the down arrow to set the start time
Set the start time
Click elsewhere to set the start time
Click on the down arrow to set the start time

Actual results:

Start and End time reset to 00 h 00
The problem occurs whenever the "keep duration" is active

Expected results:

Start and End time shouldn't be reset

Does the issue also reproduce for you if you have all addons but Lightning disabled in addons-manager and restarted TB?

Do you get any messages in the error console while reproducing the issue?

Yes, I still have the issue, even if I disable all addons but Lightning.

No error in error console.

I also found this issue :
Double-click to create a new event
Click in End time box
Click in Start time box
Have a warning : "The end date you entered occurs before the start date"
Start time reset to 00:00 and End time to 01:00

I found a workaround.
The bugs seems to come from using local time setting.
I change it for "Application locale" in Preferences->Advanced->General->Date and Time formatting instead of "Regional settings locale"
