Details

Upon pressing BACK to return to a previously visited page, the window scrollbar
indicates that you are at the top of the window content, even though you may be
viewing window content from the bottom of the scrolled page.

To duplicate:
1. Goto: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/
2. Scroll to bottom of page
3. Click on the MovieTrailers gif in the left column
4. When you hit the new Movie Trailers page, scroll down a bit
5. Hit back on the toolbar

When you hit back, all though the window content indicates that you are at the
bottom of the page, the scrollbar indicates that you are at the top. If you
click on the scrollbar, it corrects itself by scrolling the window content to
the top.
FYI: I'm on a 16" CRT with 1280x1024, so the indicated example pages must be
scrolled on my monitor.
