This page starts out fine and then under some conditions as yet unknown the
inset ad window shifts to the left and covers up text

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.load page
2.read article scrolling with arrow keys

WFM, trunk build 2002082004 - WinXP.

Reporter: try with mozilla 1.1b release, and see if this bug is still present.

If not, please, tell me, and I will close it as WFM.
