Details
Firefox content does not update when switching in or out of Windows high contrast mode until you reload the page.
Tested with latest nightly on Windows 10 x86 with e10s enabled and disabled.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Firefox
- Load a web page like google.com
- Open Windows Ease of Access settings and Turn on high contrast
Results: The Firefox theme changes to high contrast but google.com remains in standard contrast until you refresh/reload the google.com page.
Expected results: loaded web pages automatically switch to high contrast mode.
You get the inverse when Turning off high contrast mode. Any pages that were high contrast stay as such until you reload them.

Note: Edge switches content automatically. Chrome requires an extension and doesn't follow the Windows setting at all.
