Reproducible: almost always

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a Youtube video and play and wait until the buffer is enough.
  2. Open new tab

Actual Results:
audio stutters

Expected Results:
Nothing problem

Setting dom.ipc.processPriorityManager.enabled = false fix the issue
