Steps to reproduce:
Update to version 60.4.0 (Add-on StartupMaster already installed)
The way to confirm the error: Downgrade to version 52.8.0. Disable StartupMaster. Update to version 60.4.0 - and it works fine!
Actual results:
No start of Thunderbird is possible. Only error message!
Expected results:
Start of Thunderbird and before to see the emails question of master password!
Sorry, version 60.5.0 instead of 60.4.0

What is the error message?
Looking at the reviews in https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/startupmaster/ it sound like the only error might be that you get two password prompts
