Steps to reproduce:

FF Quantum 65.0 (64-bit)
Bookmarks: file size, exported, 21.5Mb
Views ource: 60957 lines
Possible that Bug is artifact of FILESIZE & SYNC (TURNED ON)
Bug not consistent, occurs most often EARLY IN SESSION
If window session open for 5-10 minutes, then Bug less likely to occur

Steps:
Ctrl+D shortcut to add new bookmark

• Name bookmark
• Save in folder
  BUG OCCURS HERE:
• Start to type in field Tags:
  As I type, FF prompts for existing tags, but tags are not perfect alphabetical order.
  BUG: as I start to type, FF also starts to prompt tag BUT in addition to the tag I want, FF ALSO PROMPTS " >> " and the next tag!

In previous FF, I could press TAB to accept the full prompted Tag,
In previous FF, I could press ENTER to save all tags and Bookmark

Actual results:

If I am in Tag field and press TAB, FF saves ENTIRE VISIBLE STRING as a new tag.
Example: In FF, I have two existing tags
dog
dragon

Ctrl+D to bookmark new page, start to type "d"
Instead of a new bookmark with the existing tag "dog",
FF prompts "dog >> dragon"
TAB so accept prompt
FF saves bookmark with new tag
"dog >> dragon"

Expected results:

Ctrl+D to bookmark new page, start to type "d"
FF prompts "dog",
TAB so accept prompt
FF saves bookmark with new tag
"dog"

I suspect a regression from bug 1506461..

It is a bit strange that it suggests "dragon" for "dog", ideally it should do that (wrongly yet) if the second string includes the first one (but doesn't start by it). We should check that the matchinn code checks suggestions begin with the typed value.
