If the first time you use eaither file bookmark or bookmark these tabs is:
a) file bookmark
b) when 2+ tabs are open
the dialog is too small. Not just smaller then non-2+ tab dialog, but the
buttons are actually cut.
Attaching a screenshot.
This isn't repeatable... only happens the first time. Restart, hit ^T, then
shift^D, and you see it again.

The captions are wrong, go by what I said here... first is with one 1 tab open,
second is first use under conditions a and b in my initial comment.

Probably a dup of bug 146859, "File Bookmarks (CTRL+SHIFT+D) default vertical
size is too small".
