[clang-tormat] mach 'clang-format' fails if we pass a file that doesn't exist.

Looking at [this](bastien: https://tools.taskcluster.net/groups/RRkRGdvCSYiEWojCijMmTA/tasks/RRkRGdvCSYiEWojCijMmTA/runs/0/logs/public%2Flogs%2Flive.log) way how the static-analysis bot fails when formatting C/C++ files it seems that the fail was because in the input list there were files that were not on the disk since the patch added new files and the first run was performed on a clean tree.
