Some people have already seen my RFE document that proposes to add new roles, product owners and members, like GitHub repositories. I think it’s time to file a bug to track the work hopefully in Q2.

We could think about various use cases, which will depend on this bug, but start with relatively easier things:

  • Let them add/edit components
  • Let them add/edit milestones

The tracking flag and flags field allows restricting values by group.

We should figure out how this affects bug 1527528.

We can start with some "canned" boards or even an administrative interface to make these. The critical thing is getting these in the hands of EPMs and getting their feedback.

Let's not block this on group-based editing tools.
