• Open plenty of tabs. Enough to have a scrollable tabbar and more
• Take the last tab and try to move it to first place.

On Windows and mac, what happens is that when you hover the tabbar arrow, it scrolls indefinitely, so you can go exactly where you intend to, and drop the tab where you want it to be.

On Linux, what happens is that when you hover the tabbar arrow, it scrolls a little. If you want to scroll more, you need to move the mouse cursor above the tabbar arrow.
