User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.14; rv:65.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/65.0

Steps to reproduce:

Type artisanal in any field with spell check active.

Actual results:

artisanal is indicated as invalid (red underline), even though it is. An incorrect variant artisinal is also marked invalid - as it should be.

Expected results:

Artisanal should be accepted as valid English!

artisanally, artisanal - of, relating to, or characteristic of an artisan.

artisanship - Skill in a particular craft.

cardiomegaly - Abnormal enlargement of the heart.

spina bifida - birth defect where there is incomplete closing of the backbone and membranes around the spinal cord.

aspell.com/lookup warns against adding artisanally...  However I can't think of an actual case where having the adverb form would cause us to show misleading suggestions.  So let's take this but be ready to revise if we notice problems.
