[Prerequisites]:

• Have valid credentials in order to access the NORMANDY Delivery Console https://delivery-console.stage.mozaws.net/.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites.
2. Navigate to https://delivery-console.stage.mozaws.net/ and click the "Recipes" card.
3. Click the "New Recipe" button.
4. Go to the "Action" field and select the "preference-rollback" option.
5. Observe the displayed fields.

[Expected result]:

• The "Name", "Additional Filter Expression", "Action", "Rollout", and “JSON Blob” fields are displayed.

[Actual result]:

• The “JSON Blob” field is not displayed.

[Notes]:

• Due to the fact that the “JSON Blob” field is missing the recipe cannot be published.
• Attached a screen recording of the issue.

This is correct. We recently updated stage to allow for selecting rollbacks directly instead of having to type the arguments in as json manually.
