OS/2 is the opposite. I personally like the idea of having tabs as the default (i.e. use Windows' UI) Reproducible: Didn't try
Actually the menu order depends on the build. Recent trunk builds moved the window item on top of the tab item. The 1.0 releases had tab above window. This is not OS/2 only.
Oh.. why was this moved? Is it configurable?
