When I open a message with doubleklick or in preview window e.g. the word PC's
is displayed like that: PCŽs
If I view the mail in message source it is o.k.
In the mail header the Content-Type is: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-15
I've set Western (iso-8859-15) as standard message view.

Summary: Charakter (') isn't displayed correctly in Mailview → Apostrophe (') isn't displayed correctly in Mailview

Most likely it was not an apostrophe but an accent in a different charset
(common mistake). In a different charset it has a different meaning. Please
attach an e-mail which shows the problem.

Thanks. As expected, it is not an apostrophe. AFAICS it is symbolx 180 (acute
accent in ISO-8859-1); in ISO-8859-1 it is "LATIN CAPITAL LETTER Z WITH CARON"
as your screenshots shows. So Mozilla is correct.
