this exact below error message:

occurs again and again - with mozilla 1.0 as well as with netscape 7 pre1 !!
while attemtping to open the regular ( NON-HTTPS ) web page of
http://www.paypal.com ( and other security sensitive websites as well !! ) it is
NOT possible AT ALL to surf http://www.paypal.com !!! neither with mozilla nor
with netscape - HOWEVER it is possible to surf paypal and to LOAD its httpS -
pages with other browsers such as Konqueor
