From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.0.0+)
Gecko/20020605
BuildID: 2002060508

I think Microsoft is using some Mozilla bugs against us.
Hotmail(Microsoft) does not support Mozilla - and hide that by using such a HTML
that doesn't render correctly in Mozilla.
Hey, we have a free testers :)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to www.hotmail.com
2. press "sign up"

Worksforme - Mozilla 1.1a (build 2002061104)
Maybe it was a temporary error.

I'm seeing the insulting "browser no supported" errorpage in HTML (which is
abolsutely awful HTML-code, you're right)
