Currently we have MaxTables = 100000 and we fail validation if a module has more tables than that. This is a fine limit; we're just waiting for the CG to settle on a number, and once they have we can update ours.

Created a PR against the spec: https://github.com/WebAssembly/reference-types/pull/38

That was merged in July.
