The current release is 65.0.1 and your user agent string says you're using version 64. Please do the following:
- Allow the update to be applied.
- If that doesn't stick, exit Firefox, start in a brand new profile and try updating from the About window there.
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles - If that doesn't work either, please attach the logs at
~/Library/Caches/Mozilla/updates/Applications/Firefox/updates/last-update.log
